Qualifications

• Must complete Shift Lead training and be ServSafe certified in certain states.
• Must have access to adequate transportation.

Responsibilities

• Execute restaurant operations under the General Manager's guidance.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and brand image.
• Encourage teams to deliver excellent guest service and food quality.
• Assist in employee training and support General Manager with performance analysis.
