Workstream in Frisco, Texas is seeking a Team Lead to oversee shifts and uphold Donatos standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a focus on food safety while providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have previous restaurant experience, basic math and reading skills, and a Food Protection Certification. Join a supportive team dedicated to empowering associates and providing quality service.
Must be willing to work most Friday and Saturday and some Holidays.
The Team Lead is a key shift-level role responsible for modeling Donatos standards and supporting the execution of Quality and Service systems in the restaurant. Team Leads set the pace on the line, reinforce training with hourly Associates, and serve as the Person in Charge during their shifts. Working under the direction of the Shift Manager, Assistant General Manager, or General Manager, the Team Lead ensures that every pizza out the door and every customer interaction reflects Donatos' Mission, Promise, and Values.
