Taco Bell is hiring team members to deliver fast, friendly service in a dynamic restaurant setting. You’ll engage with customers, take orders, prepare food, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across day, evening and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Reliable transportation available.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.
• Attendance and punctuality are required.
• Operate cash register and make change as needed.
• Basic math skills.
• Complete training certification.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Team player with commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders, process sales and handle payments.
• Prepare products for service.
• Maintain product quality and presentation.
• Monitor service equipment and ensure functionality.
• Keep a clean and safe work environment per Labor Board and OSHA requirements.
• Unload, stock and maintain inventory levels.
• Recognize and motivate teammates to maintain performance.
