Whataburger invites you to join our team as a Restaurant Service Ambassador, where hospitality and guest experience come first. You’ll greet guests, deliver attentive service, and help keep the dining room welcoming and guest-ready.

Based at your home restaurant with opportunities to assist nearby locations, you’ll work with a friendly team, follow safety procedures, and grow through clear career paths, from entry roles toward leadership.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Bring a positive attitude and passion for serving people.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for an entire shift and lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Follow established procedures, cleanliness standards, and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive hospitality that makes every guest feel welcome.
• Ensure guests receive prompt, accurate service and support throughout their visit.
• Keep dining rooms, condiment stations, entrances, and guest areas clean, organized, and inviting.
• Assist guests by offering refills, answering questions, and resolving concerns with care.
• Support promotions, new menu launches and restaurant initiatives.
• Stock service areas to help maintain smooth and continuous operations.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cash‑handling procedures.
