Job summary

Hilton is seeking a part-time Restaurant Server at Doubletree Magnificent Mile in Chicago to deliver attentive dining experiences. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure accuracy and warmth throughout the meal.

Breakfast shifts start early at 5:30am, with opportunities to build hospitality skills in a global brand. This role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards while contributing to the hotel's financial profitability and guest

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing service is preferred.
• Ability to work early morning shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials.

• Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times.

As a Restaurant Server you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Respond to guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal state local and company regulations
• Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
• Early morning starts for breakfast 5:30am
