Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a restaurant server who is self-motivated and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service daily. You will share menu knowledge, read customer needs, and suggest items to enhance the dining experience.

In this role, you’ll support other restaurant areas when needed, including answering phones and handling transactions, in a fast-paced environment that rewards flexible scheduling and reliability.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Thrived in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations.
• 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Share your knowledge and enthusiasm about the restaurant's menu and products while serving customers
• Understand the customers’ needs and suggest additional items as appropriate
• Support other areas of the restaurant as requested, such as answering telephones and completing financial transactions
