Our busy restaurant is looking for servers - bartenders with a friendly smile and a cheerful customer service attitude to set the tone for our guests to enjoy their dining experience with us. You will serve our guests in the restaurant by ensuring that they are seated promptly, their orders are taken, prepared, and served timely, and that tables are cleaned and ready for the next guests. Our ideal candidate maintains a friendly and courteous demeanor toward our guests and coworkers while providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Responsibilities:
  1. Actively engage in pre-shift and department meetings to get a thorough knowledge of all goods, services, and facility operations.
  2. Collect correct payment from guests and ensure that the guest check and method of payment are accurate to safeguard both the client and the business from mistakes in transactions.
  3. Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to answer client queries and provide recommendations.
  4. Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed.
  5. Promptly seat guests when they arrive, take food and beverage orders, serve meals on time while accommodating any special requests.
Qualifications:
  1. Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED).
  2. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers.
  3. Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
  4. We prefer some experience working in the food service industry.
  5. Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality.
Compensation:

$8 - $10 hourly
