Job Summary

Assists servers with dining room activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supports servers in preparing the dining room and setting tables.
• Delivers orders to tables and buses tables.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Commits to safety for yourself and others.
• Follows all company policies, including safe handling of knives, hot pans, and proper footwear and lifting techniques.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods.
