Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English to understand menus and record orders.
• Team-oriented with a professional attitude toward guests and coworkers.
• Knowledge of proper table settings and service ware.
• Adherence to safety, hygiene, and uniform policies.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables and stock service stations.
• Assist servers with table service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of stations and dining areas.
• Serve beverages and bread, replenish as needed.
• Transport dirty dishware to the back for cleaning.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and training sessions.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
