Harborside will be a dinner location for guests and owners, featuring Italian steakhouse-inspired decor and outdoor/indoor dining options with cocktails and fine wines. We seek service professionals with at least 6 months of resort/restaurant casual dining experience.
Job Responsibilities include greeting and serving guests according to South Seas standards, maintaining cleanliness, and providing warm hospitality. The pay rate is $12/hour plus tips, with flexible scheduling and earning potential.
Essential functions involve communication, setting tables, serving food and beverages, handling guest requests, and maintaining food and sanitation standards. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 6 months of relevant experience, valid driver’s license, and certifications like Alcohol Awareness and Food Handlers.
Skills required:
Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. The position is full-time, 40 hours/week, with weekend and holiday shifts.
