Job summary

Leisure Care is hiring a Restaurant Server to join our team at one of our senior living communities in Petaluma, CA. You will deliver outstanding dining experiences for residents, serve meals and beverages accurately, and contribute to a warm, welcoming atmosphere in a team-oriented setting.

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent table service and create a welcoming dining experience for residents.
• Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.

• Assist with dining room setup, cleaning, and safety/organization.
• Work with the team to exceed resident expectations daily.
• Follow shift hours: Fri-Sun 11am-2pm and 4pm-7pm; Mon 4pm-7pm.

We are now hiring a Restaurant Server to join our team!

What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent table service and create a welcoming dining experience for residents.
• Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Build positive relationships with residents through friendly and attentive service.
• Assist with dining room setup, cleaning, and maintaining a safe, organized environment.
• Work as part of a team to exceed resident expectations every day.
• Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 11am-2pm and 4pm to 7pm. Monday: 4pm-7pm

• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Passion for serving others and delivering outstanding hospitality.
