We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Server to join The Fennec, a brand new Birmingham restaurant and entertainment experience. Responsibilities include taking and delivering orders, making menu suggestions, and answering customer queries. The role requires good physical condition due to the fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

1. Taking guests' orders
2. Running food
3. Handling cash and other payment methods
4. Processing sales transactions via a point-of-sale system
5. Checking IDs for guests under the legal drinking age
6. Demonstrating responsible alcohol service
7. Maintaining product knowledge
8. Using suggestive selling techniques
9. Providing accurate and polite responses to questions
10. Ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service
11. Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the station
12. Performing opening, closing, and side duties
13. Knowing table and station numbers
14. Guiding guests to areas and restrooms
15. Creating memorable experiences for guests
