Job summary

Eataly King Of Prussia is hiring a Restaurant Runner to support the dining room through timely delivery of meals and table cleanup. The role reports to the Restaurant Manager and is based on site in King Of Prussia, PA.

You will greet guests, assist servers, and help maintain a smooth, high-quality service flow. The position requires at least 1 year in a fast-paced restaurant, a willingness to work evenings and weekends, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to move for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, pours beverage, serves bread and olive oil.
• Runs food from kitchen to tables, delivering each course accurately and timely.
• Runs beverages from bar to tables and keeps water glasses filled.
• Clears dishes and resets tables between courses and after guests leave.
• Maintains cleanliness of tables and chairs in service area.
• Assists servers and understands menu items and ingredients.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.
