McDonald’s is seeking a Restaurant Ready Pro to help keep the building, dining areas, and equipment in excellent condition so the crew can focus on serving guests. You will perform daily cleaning, inspect and report equipment issues, and assist with routine maintenance to ensure a safe, inviting environment.

McDonald’s Maintenance Team Member

A great guest experience starts with a restaurant that is clean, safe, and ready for the day. As our Restaurant Ready Pro, you’ll help keep the building, dining areas, and equipment in excellent condition so the crew can focus on serving guests.

What you’ll do

• Complete daily cleaning and maintenance tasks inside and outside the restaurant including filtering

• Inspect equipment and report problems before they disrupt service.

• Perform routine equipment care and basic repairs within your training.

• Keep the parking lot, sidewalks, dining room, restrooms, and storage areas clean and safe.

• Help maintain supplies, tools, and maintenance records.

• Respond promptly to spills, hazards, and urgent maintenance needs.

• Work with managers and service providers when repairs require specialized help.

What we’re looking for
