Job summary

McDonald’s Franchise is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to keep the restaurant clean, safe, and ready for service. You’ll perform daily cleaning, equipment checks, and basic repairs, helping the crew focus on guest service.

You'll work with managers and service providers as needed, report issues, and help maintain supplies and records. This role rewards a strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. We offer competitive pay and benefits to support your growth.

McDonald’s Maintenance Team Member

A great guest experience starts with a restaurant that is clean, safe, and ready for the day. As our Restaurant Ready Pro, you’ll help keep the building, dining areas, and equipment in excellent condition so the crew can focus on serving guests.

What you’ll do

• Complete daily cleaning and maintenance tasks inside and outside the restaurant including filtering
