Culver’s is seeking a Restaurant Readiness Specialist to help open our restaurants and keep equipment, décor, and stock in top shape for a great guest experience.

You will coordinate duties with the opening team, perform scheduled maintenance, assist with stocking, and help ensure a clean, welcoming environment. On-the-job training and career development are available.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates job duties around opening team members for efficient opening prep.
• Completes scheduled maintenance on restaurant equipment safely and per maintenance calendar.
• Provide maintenance to interior and exterior of the restaurant.
• Maintain appearance of building and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Put food orders away, rotate stock in cooler, freezer, and dry storage area.
• Monitor shelf life and code dates.
• Maintain working knowledge of operation of restaurant equipment.
• Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment.

Essential Functions:
