Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily Cleanliness & Sanitation of floors, walls, drains, equipment, and storage areas.
• Equipment cleaning of grills, fryers, and kitchen devices; assist deep-cleaning projects.
• Receive deliveries and organize inventory; keep coolers and storage tidy.
• Follow all food safety, chemical-handling, and workplace-safety procedures.
• Keep the kitchen tour-ready and report issues to leadership.
