Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in our fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of leadership in QSR, retail, or hospitality, with strong coaching, scheduling, and inventory management skills. Experience with CrunchTime or HotSchedules is preferred, and a full-time, flexible schedule is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading teams in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred
