Overview

Lucky Strike Entertainment is one of the largest location-based entertainment companies with multiple bowling centers, waterparks, and amusement parks. The role of Restaurant and Operations Manager involves leading food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations, building a hospitality-focused team, and ensuring operational readiness for high-volume shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade, maintaining service flow and hospitality standards.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams to meet company standards.
• Own labor management, food & beverage cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily financial targets.
• Support FOH and BOH teams, resolve guest issues in real time, reinforcing a culture of accountability.
• Ensure the center is operationally ready and guest-ready during every high-volume shift.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume food & beverage operations.
• Proven ability to drive food & beverage sales and build teams that consistently deliver results.
• Experience training and developing hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style with strong guest experience focus.
• Solid financial acumen, including labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L contribution.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
