Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Opelika, AL is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade operations across every shift.

You will recruit, train, and schedule teams that deliver outstanding hospitality, drive sales, manage labor and costs, and resolve guest issues in real time to keep the center running smoothly.

This role requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume F&B operations.
• Proven ability to drive F&B sales and build teams that deliver it consistently.
• Experience training and developing hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style with a strong read on guest experience.
• Solid financial acumen including labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L contribution.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ensure the center is operationally ready and guest-ready through every high-volume shift.

The Role
