Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager in Corpus Christi, TX to lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across all shifts, building a high-performing hospitality team.

You will drive revenue through guest-focused service, recruit and train hourly staff, manage labor and costs, and ensure guest satisfaction during busy periods. This role offers a path for growth within a dynamic entertainment company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive food and beverage sales and build teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• A floor-first management style with a strong read on guest experience.
• Solid financial acumen including labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L contribution.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing or walking for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Stay on the floor supporting FOH and BOH, resolving guest issues in real time, and reinforcing a culture of accountability
• Ensure the center is operationally ready and guest-ready through every high-volume shift

The Role

As a Restaurant and Operations Manager, you will lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across every shift, flex into any role the floor needs, and build a team that delivers great hospitality without being asked twice.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
