Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a store leader to oversee all daily operations, drive profitability, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes cost controls, inventory management, and adherence to brand standards while modeling professional conduct.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Supervisory or management experience in restaurant/food service.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for everything that happens at your store, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, profitability and customer relations; you must set the example.
Follow all company policies and procedures and ensure the same from your crew.
Staffing, paperwork, food management, adherence to standards, providing great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, maintaining store cleanliness and local store marketing.
Must work well with team members and other store management.
