• Review daily summary report against cash register data for accuracy.
• Prepare and review weekly operations report.
• Schedule and deploy staff to meet labor percentages and budgets.
• Maintain controllable costs and inventory according to needs.
• Ensure food safety practices and product rotation per checklists.
• Provide effective training and development of team members.
• Hire, onboard, and evaluate management and staff performance.
• Coordinate policy implementation and communications within the team.
