Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to work alongside the General Manager to lead the restaurant, develop people, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. The AGM will help ensure profitable operations while upholding McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Qualified candidates will have quick-service or fast casual management experience and opportunities for training to become a fully certified McDonald’s General Manager.

Responsibilities

• People Management: Support human resource processes, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and training.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety measures and maintain high standards for guest, employee safety and restaurant security.
• Operational Excellence: Support restaurant operations and ensure the restaurant meets and exceeds standards of excellence.
