The Wolak Group, a Dunkin’ franchisee, is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations and drive guest satisfaction at one of our locations. This role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and the ability to manage labor costs while maintaining quality service.

You will play a key part in staff development, scheduling, and ensuring profitability across shifts, with ongoing training and opportunities for career growth within a growing network.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience in a restaurant or similar environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant while ensuring guest service excellence and profitability.
• Lead staff across shifts to ensure smooth service.
