A 3-month paid training program and ongoing personal and career development prepare you for a career as a restaurant manager, as well as multi-unit leadership roles. Career progression includes Restaurant Manager earning $65,000 to $85,000 with bonuses, plus opportunities as District Manager and Division Manager.
