Qualifications

• Education: High School degree or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of one-year restaurant or retail experience; restaurant management experience preferred.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of all management aspects in the restaurant industry.
• Language Skills: Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
• Math Skills: Basic computations for financial paperwork.
• Other: Valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Other Abilities: Ability to lead a team and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in controlling P&L to meet budget, analyze results and adjust operations.
• Hire, train, schedule and evaluate Team Members; ensure staffing aligns with sales.
• Coach Team Members to maintain Rubio’s service standards and safety policies.
• Resolve Guest complaints and maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Communicate policies and operational information to all staff; supervise daily operations.
