Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in operations, service, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
• Supervise and train team members, ensure policy compliance, provide coaching.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area following sanitation guidelines.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Contribute to strategies to improve restaurant performance and meet goals.
• Perform administrative tasks and inventory management.
• Act as GM in the absence of the GM to ensure continuity of operations.
