Job summary

Northwest Restaurants Group is hiring an Assistant General Manager for their Goldsboro location. This role supports the Restaurant General Manager by managing shifts and ensuring adherence to YUM Brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members and shift managers complete assigned duties.
• Manage inventory.
• Maintain financial accountability.
• Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Ensure restaurant is safe for employees and customers.

Skills
