Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to schedule flexibility including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in managing daily restaurant operations and financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; foster a positive team environment.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Promote Wendy's brand and drive sales toward targets.
