Job summary

Fogo de Chão is hiring an Office Assistant to handle front-office tasks and support restaurant operations. The role requires managing phone calls, assisting guests, processing invoices, and coordinating paperwork with the corporate office. You will support reservations and closing tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates have strong Microsoft Office skills, prior admin experience, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

• Answers each phone call in a friendly, upbeat and professional manner.
• Enthusiastically answers any questions regarding the Fogo experience.
• Opens cash register and maintains sufficient funds.
• Assists in processing all invoices through the inventory system and daily bank deposits.
• Coordinates paperwork to be sent to the corporate office.
• Maintains all of the restaurant filing and office/cashier supplies.
• Assists reservation requests for each guest.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.

Now Hiring / Immediately Hiring: Office Assistant ( for Restaurant)

In this role you will:

• Answers each phone call in a friendly, upbeat and professional manner.
• Enthusiastically answers any questions regarding the Fogo experience.
• Opens cash register and maintains sufficient funds.
• Assists in processing all invoices through the inventory system and daily bank deposits.
• Coordinates paperwork to be sent to the corporate office.
• Maintains all of the restaurant filing and office/cashier supplies.
• Assists reservation requests for each guest.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.

Requirements:

• Must have experience with Microsoft Office and other software applications.
• Previous administrative experience preferred.
• Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

This position has a pay range that starts at $16.90 and goes up to $22.90. Your rate is dependent upon your relevant work experience.
