Job summary

Whataburger is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at your home restaurant, ensuring quality, fast service and spotless conditions while delivering friendly hospitality.

You will coach and develop team members, drive sales, labor, and food costs, uphold food safety and brand standards, and model Whataburger values in a positive, inclusive environment with opportunities for growth toward six-figure earnings.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, and variable hours; dependable attendance.
• Stand for up to 10 hours; lift up to 55 lbs; meet physical demands.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience.
• Possess ServSafe Food Manager Certification or ability to obtain during training.
• Valid driver’s license with current automobile liability insurance.

Required Experience

This role is based in your home restaurant, where you’ll spend most of your time leading your team and supporting daily operations. At times, you may be asked to assist at neighboring locations or provide leadership support within the Market.
