The position emphasizes delivering guest service excellence, recruiting and onboarding staff, enforcing brand standards, maintaining food safety and inventory control, and leading a team to profitable operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid state Driver’s License required.
  • Serv Safe© Manager certification preferred.
  • Open availability required.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team members as necessary.
  • Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and completes onboarding for all positions.
  • Maintains a clean restaurant environment and delegates duties.
  • Directs team and ensures all items meet brand, company, and health regulations.
  • Directs cash handling, sales and inventory controls.
  • Communicates with district manager and completes daily/weekly administrative tasks.
  • Ensures safety and regulatory compliance; protects assets and drives profitability.
