JDK Management Company, operating Perkins restaurants, is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Hanover, PA. You’ll lead front-of-house operations, guide a team, and ensure warm guest experiences. Reports to the General Manager and collaborates with a supportive leadership team.

Qualificações

The role

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who brings energy, leadership, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you’ll primarily lead front‑of‑house operations, support and develop your team, and help deliver the warm, welcoming atmosphere our guests expect. This position reports to the General Manager.

• Uphold and model safe food‑handling and operational practices
• Support the hiring, training, and development of all team members
• Step in where needed and take on additional responsibilities as part of a collaborative leadership team
