Doherty Enterprises is seeking experienced Restaurant Managers to lead the day‑to‑day operations across multiple Long Island brands, including Panera Bread, Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar, and JINYA Ramen Bar. You’ll coach teams, optimize guest experiences, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards.
