You will manage the restaurant's performance, ensure compliance with labor laws and health codes, coach staff, and analyze Profit and Loss statements to drive profitability. This role offers growth within a franchise model and requires strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of restaurant or Buffalo Wild Wings experience, or prior restaurant management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and alcohol service requirements.
• Ability to direct and coach a team and drive training and development.
• Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee overall restaurant operations and financial health in a fast-service setting.
