Qualifications

• Strong guest service focus and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead front and heart-of-the-house operations.
• Ensure guests are served quickly, efficiently and courteously.
• Schedule, train and coach team members to meet goals.
• Monitor quality and uphold PDQ standards.
• Oversee product ordering, receiving and inventory.
• Read and interpret P&L statements and act to improve results.
• Foster a safe, harassment-free work environment.
• Support the Operating Director with direction and development.
