Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Hardees Manager in Christiansburg to operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager. You will hire, train, and lead crew, ensuring top service, food quality, and safety while focusing on profitability.

You will manage labor, schedule shifts, and maintain inventory and cash procedures. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to company policies across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management team and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
