• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift.
• Review monthly budget and P&L with GM/DM oversight and drive profit.
• Promote customer satisfaction and sales by delivering great service and food quality.
• Monitor crew performance and provide training to improve service times and efficiency.
• Train and develop crew and new managers, including onboarding and cross-training.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health department rules, and safe operating procedures.
