Whataburger is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume Tucson restaurant, overseeing a team of 50+ Family Members and daily operations that drive sales and quality. You’ll champion hospitality, coach staff, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining brand standards and safety.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand long hours and meet physical demands.
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain during training).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Coach, develop, and support Family Members to reach their full potential.
• Achieve restaurant goals across sales, labor, food cost, and profitability.
• Ensure food safety, workplace safety, and brand standards are upheld.
• Lead shift transitions and manage operations across day parts.
