LongHorn Steakhouse is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the service and culinary teams at our Mississippi location. You will drive legendary hospitality, set clear expectations, and recognize and reward team members to deliver a consistent guest experience.

Responsibilities include developing teams, optimizing execution, and maintaining a stable, performance-driven culture. Prior salaried management experience is preferred, with a focus on creating a positive work environment
