Quality Brand Group LLC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, train staff, and drive guest satisfaction at its Dunkin’ locations. The role requires overseeing service standards, managing costs, and directing a team to deliver a memorable guest experience.

The manager will be responsible for recruitment, training, scheduling, and achieving profitability goals while maintaining quality and safety standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and have strong math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required.
• Experience in food service is preferred; understanding of drive-thru/checkouts a plus.
• Ability to manage P&L responsibilities and cost controls.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to ensure quality service and cleanliness.
• Drive sales and profitability goals through effective stock, scheduling and coaching.
• Prepare products to standard and supervise team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Counseling, disciplining, and promoting staff as needed.
• Foster team development and ensure compliance with safety standards.
