Whataburger in Schulenburg, TX is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee a high-volume restaurant with 4M+ annual sales and a team of 50+ members. You will drive hospitality, develop your team, and collaborate with the Operating Partner to improve operations and leadership.

You will lead daily operations, coach staff, and manage goals across sales, costs, and safety while upholding Whataburger standards and values. This role offers growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED (strongly preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Be able to meet business needs with open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, variable hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Coach, develop, and support Team Members to reach their full potential.
• Be responsible for achieving restaurant goals across sales, labor, food cost, and profitability.
• Ensure food safety, workplace safety, and brand standards are upheld.
• Lead shift transitions and manage talent development and retention in partnership with leadership.
