Support the Unit General Manager in overseeing operations business by helping deliver exceptional results, reinforcing a great culture, and maintaining strong client relationships. Assist in achieving financial, operational, and guest service objectives while promoting a best-in-class work environment. Ensure proper training and supervision of all personnel during assigned shifts to deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Food and Beverage standards and company policies and procedures.
