The Wolak Group, a Dunkin' franchise in Ithaca, New York, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards.

Competitive pay: $19.50–$26.26 per hour plus a discretionary bonus program, tuition reimbursement, health coverage, 401(k), PTO, and opportunities for career growth.

Applicants should have prior management experience with P&L responsibility and familiarity with POS systems, and be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
