Domino's Pizza in Jacksonville, Arkansas is seeking a General Manager to lead shifts, manage 3–15 team members, control costs, oversee inventory, and ensure food quality and safety while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will pass a background check, have a clean driving record with access to a reliable insured vehicle, and be at least 18 years old. Night and day shifts and weekends may apply; previous Domino's or pizza experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass Motor Vehicle Record check; access to reliable insured vehicle.
• Must pass a Background Check.
• Mixture of night and day shifts; weekends may be required.
• Restaurant management experience preferred but not required; may start as Assistant Manager/Manager in Training.
• 3–15 staff management per shift.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, food quality control, cash handling, food safety, and customer relations.
• Manage 3–15 employees during your shift.
• Uphold Domino's policies and standards.
• Maintain professional appearance per Domino's Grooming Standards.
