Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Understanding of P&L, cost of sales, food costs, inventory and safety.
• Able to manage front- and back-of-house operations.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all restaurant and In-Room Dining activities
