Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a Dunkin' team, delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. The role focuses on leading a team, maintaining brand standards and driving profitability in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will oversee staffing, training and supervision, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines while delivering strong guest satisfaction and strong performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant supervision or management preferred.
• Ability to work early morning shifts (6am) and long hours (up to 50 hours weekly).
• Familiarity with back office systems and digital technology.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop team members to deliver guest-first service.
• Plan, monitor and review employee performance; provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure shifts are adequately staffed to achieve guest service goals and maintain safe, clean operations.
• Control costs, execute promotions and marketing programs; track sales and growth.

A Restaurant Manager is responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to his/her team to deliver great and friendly guest experiences, operational excellence and for helping to build profitable top line sales. They are responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin’ Donuts standards, franchisee standards. Our company has great leadership team to help you support into this new role and has stunning performance for past two years on all operational metrics. • Manage Donut orders with Kitchen and submit all food orders and make weekly schedules
• Handle bank deposits
• Ensure online training is completed for new hire
• Deliver speed in d/thru as role play for other employees in store.

Profitability

• Control costs to help maximize profitability
• Execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner
• Execute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling
• Set sales goals and track results
• We have strong bonus plan that allows you additional earning up to $10,000 per year
