Job summary

Dunkin' is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our Dunkin' team in the New York area. You will provide strong, positive leadership to deliver friendly guest experiences and maintain operational excellence in accordance with Dunkin' standards and applicable laws.

You will hire, train and develop staff, set clear expectations, monitor performance, and coach the team. Ensure shifts are staffed, maintain safety and cleanliness, and execute marketing promotions and new product rollouts to drive

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Driver License/Reliable Transportation
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
• High School diploma, or equivalent

• Plan, monitor, appraise and review their employees’ job performance
• Provide coaching and feedback; disciplines when appropriate
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant

• Ensure Brand standards and systems are executed
• Execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner
• Execute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling

A Restaurant Manager is responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to his/her team to deliver great and friendly guest experiences, operational excellence and for helping to build profitable top line sales. They are responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin’ Donuts standards, franchisee standards and in compliance with all applicable laws.
