Job summary

Shake Shack in Vernon Hills, IL is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will train and motivate team members, drive brand presence in the local community through events, and ensure strict sanitation and safety standards are followed. This role offers weekly pay, bonus opportunities, meal discounts, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at all levels.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Pay Range - $53,227.20 - $65,603.20
